Tony Bingham's primary occupation is that of practising barrister at the construction bar.
He is also a busy Arbitrator and, more recently, an Adjudicator under the 'Construction Act'. His building industry experience recently saw him invited into Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Building.
He is an examiner for potential Arbitrators for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and occasionally for the RICS. The same applies for new Adjudicators. At the invitation of University of Ulster he has become the visiting Professor of Construction Law.
His page in 'Building' magazine began in 1987. It is a weekly feature.
