Christopher Hough is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Solicitor with more than 20 years experience in the construction industry working for contractors and consulting engineers and for major construction law firms such as Masons and Fenwick Elliott in the UK, South Africa, the Middle East and the Far East.
He has advised in substantial adjudications and has accepted adjudicator nominations by the ICE, RIBA, RICS, CIOB and TeCSA. He is also a qualified arbitrator. His experience is both local and international. UK based disputes have concerned offices, hospitals, residential buildings, oil platforms, motorways and tunnels. International matters have involved dry docks, port facilities, and transportation infrastructure works.
