Christopher Calcroft is a Registered Architect and Barrister*
with 25 years experience of the construction industry working for
major consultancies, and contractors, such as WS Atkins and Tarmac.
He has his own practice which
specialises in the resolution of
construction disputes and the planning of procurement for developers.
He has been involved in hospital complexes and major commercial developments for clients such as Laing
Developments, Capital & Counties and
Coronation and has acted in a range of adjudications where £0.5M has
been in dispute down to where
only a few thousand has been in dispute. He has also acted
as advocate and representative in many disputes.
