Qualifications

adjudication.co.uk is a recognized Adjudicator Nominating Body under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act and will nominate an adjudicator when requested. There is a fee of £250 for this service. Nominations are made by the Committee.

All adjudicators nominated by adjudication.co.uk must meet the following requirements:

A recognized professional qualification in their area of specialization
10 years post qualification experience
A recognized legal qualification
Recognized training in the law and practice of adjudication
Membership of the governing body of their profession
Professional indemnity insurance

Professional Membership: Fellowship or membership of the ICE, RIBA, RICS, CIArb, CIOB or appropriate professional body.
