If the parties are forced through to go through arbitration/litigation, the policy offers protection from all costs involved.

• Available to both pursuit and defence of arbitrations/litigations
• All costs involved are paid as the case progresses and so protects cash flow

• On successful outcome, shortfall in fees also covered
